  1. All exchanges or returns must be brought back within 15 days of purchase.
  2. All exchanges or returns will not be allowed unless accompanied with a sales store receipt.
  3. Only in store credit will be given for returns; cash refunds will not be given.
  4. Clearance sale items may not be returned.
  5. Clothing may not be returned if it has been washed, damaged, tags removed, torn, worn, or marked. All clothing must be returned in new condition for in store credit or exchange within 15 days. All clearance sales are final, no exceptions. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties.
  6. Shoes may not be returned if they are scuffed, washed, marked, ripped, torn, worn, or damaged. All shoes must be returned or exchanged in new condition within 15 days. If we can not exchange it for the same or different shoe you will receive in store credit, unless there is a price difference in exchanging for a different shoe. All clearance sales are final. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties.
  7. All skateboards and related products are non-returnable.
    Any warranties by the manufacturer must be presented to the manufacturer directly.
  8. All body jewelry is non-returnable.
  9. Once opened, all makeup, hair dye, and hair bleach products are non-returnable.
  10. Once opened new CD's are non-returnable.
  11. Used CD's may be returned in 15 days for in store credit except if the CD has been damaged or was on clearance.
  12. All smoking products are non-returnable, no exceptions.
    We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties.
    Any warranties by the manufacturer must be presented to the manufacturer directly.
  13. Due to the consumer's tax obligations to various states, we do NOT ship tobacco products.
    All purchases must be made at our retail locations.
  14. Due to the State Law requirements to verify age for purchase of tobacco products,
    all purchases must be made at our retail locations.
  15. Watch Your Language! We sell tobacco and tobacco related accessories.
    Drug references will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the store if you do not heed this warning.
